Captain Kid's Toy Chest honors the manufacturers warranty on all products it sells.  Should your product be damaged or defective, simply e-mail the Captain at:  Captainkidstoys@aol.com.  Have available your credit card number, expiration date and the original order shipping ID.  We will determine at that time how best to disposition the item.

Risk Free Product Guarantee

For 30 days from receipt of your product, Captain Kid's guarantees that your product will operate according to the manufacturers specifications or we will pay your shipping cost to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  If it is determined that the product should return directly to our store, we will pay the shipping back to California.

Return Policy

All returns or exchanges must be made within the first 15 days of receipt of product.  Any returned item must be in its original, unopened packaging.   There are no penalties for exchanges.  However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for any merchandise returned for credit.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
